ApiENERGIA – IGCC power station, Falconara, Italy: Reporting to the board of the project company in relation to delays by the contractors and failures to meet the contractual specification.  Advising apiENERGIA generally and producing a report on the contractor’s claims.

NLNG Plus Project Bonny Island, Nigeria (2000): General contractual and commercial advice to the client.

ALSTOM Combined Cycles Ltd v Henry Boot plc (2001).  Successful application for stay of proceedings on action under a parent company guarantee. 

Henry Boot Construction Ltd v ALSTOM Combined Cycles Ltd (Court of Appeal) (2000 1 BLR 247).  Successful appeal, Court giving guidance on the valuation rules under ICE Conditions of Contract 6th Edition. 

Al Taweela: power and desalination plant, Dubai, U.A.E. (1998): Investigation and analysis into significant time overruns. The investigation included detailed analysis of the joint venture's progress and programming documentation.

Matthew Hall Ortech Ltd v Tarmac Roadstone Ltd (1998 87 BLR 96) successful appeal from arbitrator on point that issue of final certificate under ICE Model Form of Contractor Process Plant bars subsequent claim for damages. 

Wessex Regional Health Authority v HLM Design Ltd and others (1995 71 BLR 32).  Rights of action of the RHA against the architects and engineers.
