The Prima Facie service is a flexible alternative to the use of external lawyers, allowing you to maintain control and oversight (and crucially control your costs). In these circumstances we work as part of your in-house team.
Alternatively, we can act as liaison between your in-house department and external specialist lawyers, allowing you to take advantage of our experience in working in private practice and our connections with numerous law firms across the country.
Prima Facie can also be commissioned to undertake specific projects and report on particular problems or concerns, so that you are always in control of the situation and on the front foot with your management.
